Step 1) Insure your mask is powered off

Step 2) Use a damp cloth with a small drop of soap

Step 3) Wipe inside and outside of mask 

Step 4) Rinse dirty cloth and ring out so it is damp again

Step 5) Wipe mask again to remove soap

Step 6) Air Dry.
