Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
We will also replace items that are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at support@RelixMask with pictures of the damaged items within 30 days of receipt of the products.
After receiving the damaged item, we will send you a return postage sticker that you can use to return the product to us. We will then send you a replacement if available. If no replacement is available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Refunds and Exchanges apply to regular priced items only. All sale priced items are final sale.
